Dear Valued Clients:
As we reflect on 2004, we want to take this opportunity to thank you for selecting Julie’s Photography these past years to create those special “feelings set in time.” As we begin the New Year, it is with mixed emotions that we announce Julie is retiring after serving her dear customers for twenty-five years.
The decision to “retire” from the downtown Monon business was not an easy one to make. There are 25 years of relationships that I love and treasure, and a part of me wants to never leave this business that I cherish; however, God’s timing is always perfect, and I with my family believe that the time for me to move in a new direction is now…in 2005.
Effective immediately, we will no longer be booking studio appointments at Julie’s Photography; however, we will continue to be in the studio to service all your order and re-order needs. Reorder appointments can be in the studio until March 30, 2005. We ask that you call for this appointment at your earliest convenience at 219-253-7074.
Historian, Preservationist, and saver that I am, the studio has almost every negative file from every portrait session covering all 25 years of my business. I saved them because each session was important to me, and I know these negatives are important to you because of the history of those special "feelings set in time."
Because it will be too difficult to store all these files, clients may purchase negatives from sessions that were taken in 2002 and in previous years. For a minimal fee, these negatives with a copyright release will be available for purchase so that you may use the negatives.
All Display, Sample and some competition prints will also be available at discounted prices. (see below.) All stock mats and frames will also be on sale at special discounted prices. Don't miss this opportunity to same on all these treasures
Our telephone, e-mail, fax and post office box number will remain active indefinitely. It is my plan to continue to serve my valued customers as long as they have needs.
For the past twenty-five years, I sincerely thank you for allowing me to be part of your family and its landmark moments. From photographing tiny babes to capturing the individual personality of seniors, I thank you. For creating family portraits and anniversary memories, I thank you. For all those special moments in time that you entrusted me with, I thank you.
